My role as a therapist is to help you to understand yourself and life better in order to make lasting positive changes in your personal and professional life. I create a confidential and non-judgmental setting in which you can express your current and past difficulties freely. In doing so I will listen carefully to you and try to understand what is troubling you. Providing you with undivided attention, I will aim to understand any ongoing patterns you may be stuck in, and challenge you where needed.
I have had specialist training allowing me to integrate different techniques into my work, meaning I am better able to get to the heart of your difficulties. I have provided effective therapy whilst working in NHS, charity and higher education settings and I bring my extensive experience to the work we do together.

We can begin to understand your situation better and assess whether I am able to help you or whether another service would be better suited.
