I am a Person Centred counsellor/psychotherapist practicing in the Kentish town and Tufnell Park area of London. I work with individuals, providing one-to-one counselling for a wide range of issues or concerns. I also offer parenting support to individuals and couples who are seeking to deepen their connection to their children and develop their knowledge and understanding of why children do what they do and how to meet them where they are, and at the appropriate level.
I am committed to offering a confidential, safe and supportive environment so you can explore your experiences, past and present, while focussing on your feelings. While challenging, this can lead to increased self-awareness, and the potential for growth and healing, helping you to move from confusion to clarity, and from self- doubt to self-esteem.
