I am an integrative Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 10 years clinical experience of working in the NHS, voluntary organisations and private practice. I have extensive training in a range of different approaches ; this gives me a choice of ways of helping you and adapting my approach to best meet your individual needs. I have worked effectively with a broad range of clients from various background with their issues and treatment of different psychological disorders and help people identify the causes of problem; reduce symptoms ; advance self-understanding ; improve relationships and live more fully.
