I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) offering a professional, collaborative and confidential service to Children, Young People, Families and Adults. I have worked across a variety of services over the last 15 years, such as Local Authority, Children’s Services, Schools, Charities, Adult Services (LMWS) and Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CYPMHS), with children, young people, families and adults.
Following this, I completed the MSc in CBT with the specialist training in CBT for Children and Young People (CYP) in 2014. I have continued to draw on my clinical practise whilst also training on the MSc in CBT-Third wave approaches, for example, Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and CBT-Mindfulness.
As an experienced accredited CBT Therapist, I offer a discrete service to guide my clients into developing the tools required to overcome their mental health challenges, offering a hybrid therapy approach of online and face to face.
