If you’re struggling and unsure where to turn, then I might be able to help you. Hello, I’m Neil and I’m a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in the heart of Leicester city. I’ve been a therapist for over 3 years and come with over 25 years of experience working in children and family social care. From this, I have gained significant insight into childhood and teenage trauma and its impact later on in life on how we see ourselves, how we see the world and how we behave in relationships with others.
I use a unique approach called Psychosynthesis that uses a variety of techniques to help you overcome personal challenges, achieve a greater sense of self-awareness, and supports real personal growth. As well as offering talking therapy, I use other effective tools including meditation, mindfulness, body/feelings work and creative art materials.
I offer a safe, comfortable, and confidential space where you can share what’s going on for you and where you’ll be really heard. My practice is just above a coffee shop in Leicester where you can (if you wanted to) buy yourself a beverage before coming up to see me.
