I offer long or short-term integrative therapy. My core training is rooted in using a person-centred approach, where the use of empathy and developing rapport is essential for a successful outcome as it enables you to work through your issues at your own pace. Whatever your problem, having a trusting, caring, reliable relationship outside of your normal circle will give you the space you need to find your own life path.
I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I have also trained in Mindfulness and offer Mindful Relaxation Sessions. I have been working in educational establishments for over 30 years and have experience of working with children, young people and adults of all ages.
Having love, kindness and compassion for yourself is key to being able to move on. I will be there to support you during your journey in a safe, non-judgemental space. I offer a 50-minute Assessment Session where we can speak about why you have approached me, what you hope for, what your goals are and how we can work together to achieve them.
