My Name is Nikki, I’m an Accredited Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Certified Teacher and EMDR Practitioner. I began my career back in 2004 where I trained as an integrative therapist with an instant liking to Transactional Analysis. Over the years I have trained and learnt many techniques and strategies whilst also researching theories and methods to enhance my work. Over the years I have adapted these methods to provide a very powerful and holistic approach that drives change and empowerment with a variety of issues and concerns with people of all ages.
My approach is very modern and integrative. I work with the client from the beginning with an approach that best suits their issue or needs. This is very holistic and is reviewed regularly throughout our work. My approach is challenging, with remarkable realistic outcomes with the basic belief and drive of helping to ‘empower the client’.
Before the initial assessment a free 15mins consultation is offered by phone. Once completing an appointment the IA is completed to gage an understanding of the clients history, concern and needs. This is also time for the client to ask any questions they may have about therapy and to explore the therapeutic process. Please contact me for more information.
