Hi, I’m Nicky, I provide counselling for individuals aged 11 and above, on a short or long-term basis. Life often presents challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or lost. This could be from the weight of anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harm, friendship issues, exam stress, relationship challenges with family and friends, and bereavement. I specialise in helping individuals navigate these storms, offering a path towards a better understanding of themselves, their feelings, and their unique struggles
