Living with difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences can drain our energy and affect the quality of our lives and relationships. We all need support from time to time, and talking with a therapist in a confidential and supportive setting can help us understand ourselves better and consider what we would like to change in our lives or relationships. My aim in therapy is to offer you a safe space where you can look at what’s going on for you, explore what you want and find ways to manage this and move on.
I have a background in trauma, abuse, PTSD, bereavement, and ADHD. I’m here to help with whatever is causing you concern in a warm, safe, non-judgmental supportive place. I work with over 18s face-face/online/tel.  I’m a Registered member of the BACP & Accredited member of the NCPS. I am also an ADHD- Certified Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
I believe the transformations that can happen within counselling can be life changing. When you open up, share, and reflect on the inner workings of your world with someone, amazing things can happen.
