If you have been struggling with trauma, anxiety, or painful memories that won’t go away, you are not alone. Reaching out for help can be the hardest first step. I work with a range of difficulties: PTSD, low mood, anxiety, panic, phobias, self-esteem, self-criticism, birth trauma and difficult life experiences.
I am a clinical psychologist and try to offer a welcoming and calm space where you can explore your emotions and experiences at your own pace in therapy. I specialise in EMDR and am an EMDR Accredited Practitioner. In addition, I draw from Attachment, Compassion Focussed, IFS, Narrative, and CBT based therapies.
