We are currently offering private psychotherapy sessions, as well as therapeutic support for organisations in within the West Midlands. Our approach to psychotherapy is integrative, creative and always catered to the individual's needs. We believe that integrating various approaches enables individuals to receive personalised support. This may look like; a talking based approach, a creative approach, a mindful approach, using the breath and body, using art materials and much more. Establishing Reintegrate as a private practise acknowledges that all individuals are unique and the approach to psychotherapy should reflect this.
Sessions can be face to face, in the Sutton Coldfield area (Birmingham), online or within your organisation. Sessions are 50-minutes long and confidential.
