Whether you are exploring the option of Counselling and Psychotherapy for a specific reason or you want to further examine aspects of yourself and your life experiences. I provide a non-judgemental, safe, confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. It could be the first time you speak to someone about difficulties you are experiencing or you may have had therapy in the past. Either way we can work together to achieve your therapeutic goal.
I'm an integrative Therapist which means I use a range of approaches and techniques to best suit your individual wants and needs. This can include psychodynamic ways of working, person-centred therapy and CBT. I’m very happy to discuss and explain these further. I am also a Christian and for those who share the faith we could work through a biblical lens.
If you're interested in working with me the first step would be to set up an initial meeting where you can talk freely about what brought you to me, along with any goals you may wish to achieve, and questions you may have about therapy. After our initial meeting, if you decide I am the right fit for you, we can work together to build a plan for you.
