I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist looking to support clients suffering from depression, anxiety, phobias, social anxiety, emotional abuse, lack of motivation and more. My approach involves allowing my clients to reach their goals ideally within 6 to 12 sessions by introducing strategies to improve their life-style, self-esteem and confidence. I also specialise in anger management and long term conditions (LTC) affecting our mental health. Feeling overwhelmed by our emotions can seem daunting, however learning how to deal with our mental health is important as this allows us to reach a positive mindset.
I aim to give a warm style of CBT, which involves us looking at a solution to our problems in an easy and friendly manner. I allow my clients to break down their goals whilst recognising their emotions in this process. By doing this, we will work on reaching recovery in a short amount of time.
