I help you to navigate complex family dynamics and make sense of difficult life experiences. Psychotherapy for all issues including bereavement, PTSD, complex Trauma, dissociation, menopause, and religious trauma. Maybe you hide parts of yourself from others for fear of being misunderstood. All parts of you are welcome to therapy.  I work well with people who feel awkward, confused or have a hard time identifying how they are feeling. Maybe you feel shame, overwhelm, anxiety or dissociate. Do you have fragmented memories of the past or find yourself losing track of time? I offer a safe space to explore confusing experiences.
I support issues such as bereavement, family conflict, complex trauma, dissociation and low self esteem. I am comfortable with strong emotions and hearing about difficult life experiences. I will help you explore your feelings and emotions, navigating through any silences, ensuring you feel comfortable and understood.
Contact me for a brief introductory call to see if I am the right therapist for you. Face to face appointments in Bromley (BR1) office. Online video sessions also available. 50 minute individual session fee £85. (Longer sessions 75 or 90 minutes pro rata) Appointments from 7am- 7pm, (Mon-Wed) subject to availability.
