I am not here to tell you what’s ‘wrong with you’ or what you ‘have done wrong’ in the past. My aim is to meet you where you are and invite you on a journey for us to explore together, in collaboration, what is upsetting you and holding you back.
I am a qualified Gestalt Psychotherapist and work holistically which means that I consider mind and body; as our bodies can often give us important information that we hadn’t previously been aware of. My aim is to help you gain new awareness to enable you to make more conscious choices leading to more fulfilling relationships and a richer life.
I have experience of working with people suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, bereavement, relationship difficulties and negative body image as well as major life changes such as divorce or illness.
