Welcome! Looking for a way forward, a chance to be listened and helped. During this time I am offering counselling via Zoom, Skye, Whats App video call or telephone counselling. I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor with 14 years' experience of working with adults and children in private practice and schools.
I specialise in anxiety, self esteem issues, disability issues, grief, eating disorders, bullying, anger management, marital issues, relationship issues, school issues, work place issues, social anxiety, healthy anxiety and panic. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, ethnicity and diversity. I also offer self-care sessions for you to replenish yourself.
