Hello, I'm Simon. I work in Shoreditch, Brick Lane and specialising in helping men understand their feelings and so change their lives. Appointments are available weekdays at various times, including some evenings. I offer Psychodynamic Psychotherapy helping you to explore your feelings and your behaviours in detail and so come to a deeper understanding of what makes you who you are.
Men often struggle to ask for help especially help with how they feel and the problems they face. It shouldn't be like that and it doesn't have to be. Talking about worries and expressing your feelings is a strength. I work with the following common areas: Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Sexuality, Bereavement, Addiction, Stress.
