I work with individuals & couples. All genders, identities & backgrounds are welcome. I'm passionate about empowerment and improving overall self-confidence to help you develop a positive relationship with yourself and others. I use range of techniques from different approaches to ensure I work in a way that suits you personally. I am happy to work with a range of different concerns within therapy. For couples we can work through issues such as communication difficulties, problem solving, lack of intimacy, sex drive, feeling disconnected, financial worries, work stress, infidelity, trust and more
I provide a confidential and safe space to promote positive change. I have worked with a range of different concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, low self esteem, identity, a difficult relationship with food and family issues. I welcome and create a safe place for LGBTQIA+ people, and I am sex positive.
