I work with clients suffering from anxiety and depression, loss and relationship problems. I adopt a systemic perspective to explore individual challenges which often arise from inter-generational trauma. I draw on my experience over two decades as an occupational psychologist assisting people to thrive at work into my role as a psychotherapist.
