Life can get really difficult sometimes – we may know why we’re finding things hard, but we may not and that's OK too. Through therapy we can explore what’s happening for you and find the way through together. We can look at what’s on your mind and what it’s like being you as well as the role your past might have played. We can go at your pace and you’ll decide what you want from coming to see me. I work sensitively and respectfully with all ethnicities, cultures and sexualities. I offer both long term support to clients wishing to explore their feelings in depth and short-term work if you’re wanting to address a specific problem.
I offer in-person sessions in West London or we can work together on-line if that feels more comfortable for you, from wherever you are. The sort of things that my clients typically want to look at include: abuse, anxiety, body-image, bullying, divorce, mood swings, phobias, trauma, self-harm, stress, and issues around self-esteem and sexuality.
First, I ask clients to come for an initial assessment session. This is your chance to tell me, in confidence, what has led you to consider therapy. It’s also an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to see how you feel about working with me. If you decide to continue, I can offer you weekly sessions in which you are free to be entirely open.
