Hi, My name is Stephanie. I am a clinical supervisor and an accredited integrative counsellor, which means I draw on different psychological approaches depending on your needs and goals. I work collaboratively with you in a client led way to help you explore and understand what is on your mind, within a safe space. I have 10 years experience working with both adults and young people (11-25 years), presenting with a range of issues e.g. childhood issues, family issues, trauma, domestic abuse, stress, substance misuse and general struggles in life.
For the past 6 years I have worked with young people affected by substance misuse and family members impacted by addiction, helping individuals to identify goals and providing helpful strategies to overcome addictive behaviours.
I value each individuals unique experience and will meet you with warmth, acceptance and without judgement. I understand that counselling can be daunting and I am happy to talk through any queries you may have. I can offer face to face therapy in Armagh, Craigavon, Dungannon and Newry.
