All clients are different. I look to adapt to everyone I meet and am an open person who someone can talk through their issues with. Looking at who you are, how your world is structured and the ifs, wants and needs are all very important in looking to move forward in your life. There is no perfect life, but there is a better life you can understand and work with in going forward.

I work at talking through a problem and asking the awkward questions that you will fear being asked and challenged with. Being honest with self allows you to grow and develop.

Empathy, not sympathy, is absolutely key in developing the self. If your looking for a there, there, there approach to counselling it will generally not work as you will need to understand how comes your in "there, there, there" mode in the first place.
