I am a Teenager Counsellor and Certified Sandplay Therapist working with Teenager and Adults. I provide a safe and calm space for you or your teenagers to explore what is bothering you using different approaches including creative arts, mindfulness etc. We work together to find ways to cope with your struggles. Sandplay is a very gentle approach to enable us to facilitate change in life. I have experience working as a counsellor in school and different charities. I work with teenagers who suffer from anxiety, bullying, loneliness and low attendance, etc. I also work with adults who would like to make changes in life.
