My goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you want.
I have 14 years of experience working with many issues, anxiety, depression, loneliness, relationship breakdowns, sexual abuse, I also have specialist training in PMDD and an interest in mid life transitions and the role of hormone changes. I have extensive experience working with trauma and complex PTSD.
