If you are looking for a counsellor to help you with depression or anxiety or you are struggling with any past traumatic events, I hope you can try working with me. I am an Integrative Counsellor and have worked with Individuals, couples and families for over 12 years, in Canada, Hong Kong and UK. I am always excited to see my clients being fully transformed within two months and they often see my therapy for them as a life changing experience. Counselling to me is a process of working together to find out who you are and to be able to gain insights to know the meaning from your experiences.
My experience includes working and healing with those who are depressed or have anxiety issues that are a result of relationship difficulties, work related stress, bereavement, sexual abuse, traumas, post-traumatic stress, cancer and other health related issues.
