Hello, my name is Tara and I am here to hear you. I am a Person Centred Counsellor which means I create a safe space so you are able to freely talk about anything you want. The focus is on you, whether it's present day troubles or something bothering you from your past. Do you feel like something or some one has stolen your joy? Sometimes we are feeling anxious, sad or angry with ourselves, other people or just life in general. I am able to help you explore those feelings and identify ways to the joy again in everyday life. I am also a Christian and happy to incorporate prayer and Biblical input into our sessions.
I am able to offer online sessions either by phone or zoom video link on a weekly session that suits us both.
