I specialise in treating anxiety and self-esteem, helping clients to identify and challenge negative thoughts and beliefs that are contributing to their anxiety and depression. We'll work collaboratively to develop coping skills that will help you deal with family, loneliness, exams and other issues preventing you from being present in the moment.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute video call to explore your unique needs and discuss your goals. It's important you feel comfortable with me as your therapist as building a trusting relationship is crucial for effective therapy.
