Whether your issues are related to the past, or are rooted in the present, counselling can help to alleviate the ways these events affect you and your relationships. Exploring our feelings and how these events have affected us can help to improve our self-worth, self-esteem and self-compassion. As we feel better about ourselves we are able to experience improved relationships and make more positive life choices.
In-Person Appointments £45 per hour .
Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction/dependency issues, trauma or an anxiety disorder, person-centred counselling is able to relate to your own personal experiencing. Talking through our problems helps us to break free of their capture, and allows us to move forward with a greater sense of hope for the future.
