I am a qualified and accredited CBT psychotherapist and EMDR Practitioner and work with adults and adolescents (aged 14 years and above). I have 20 years experience of working in mental health, for NHS, charities, University settings and private medical health settings. I specialise in working with trauma, working with single incident PTSD and complex PTSD. I also work depression, anxiety disorders including panic, generalised anxiety (GAD), obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), health anxiety and social anxiety.
I work with people developing a collaborative understanding of their difficulties and work towards achieving their goals. My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, patient and non-judgemental.
