I have a particular interest in working with people with relationship problems, including their relationship with their self and, with their own emotions and emotional regulation. This can manifest as social anxiety, with an underlying sense of not being good enough or being odd/not fitting in with other people and society’s expectations. If you struggle with your own identity - not knowing your own likes/dislikes/values (sometimes called codependency), then get in touch. We can explore together what gets in the way of you knowing (and accepting) the real you.
I help through gentle exploration. I believe we each have an innate wisdom to know what direction we need to grow in, but sometimes we lose touch with this, when we’ve we’ve lost the ability to tap into our wisdom (via our emotions) because it can all feel too scary or overwhelming, or we can "numb out".
