Are you feeling stuck and overwhelmed with what life is currently throwing at you? You may have got to a point in your life that you no longer know which direction to take. I help you to make sense of your current feelings and support you to become unstuck by creating space and freedom to think more clearly about the next direction you wish to take.
I largely use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping). I am also a qualified Meditation teacher and a KonMari Decluttering Consultant (Marie Kondo). Using all these techniques I can design bespoke packages of support for clients to work with both internal and external stuckness.
I have over 25 years experience of working in the area of mental health and well being with people from all walks of life. I also have lived experience of having used all the strategies I teach to deal with challenges I have had in my own life.
