Hello, I imagine you’re experiencing distressing effects of stressful life events or past trauma. I understand the courage it takes to acknowledge where you’re at and to explore support. I have over 10 years experience working in mental health services. Waves Within - Psychology has been shaped through trauma-informed care in the NHS and holistic settings in Southeast Asia (focus on mind-body connection, addiction recovery and self-compassion). Therapies include Compassion Focused Therapy, CBT (incl. trauma focused), and training in EMDR.
