I offer therapy and counselling to help people to deal with & change unhelpful, disturbing thoughts, feelings & behaviours. These can be recent or long-held problems. The good news is, it is possible to change and to live a better, more fulfilling life. I help clients with depression & low mood, anxiety & performance anxiety, stress & panic, relationship problems, anger & low self-esteem, bereavement & health/body issues & post-traumatic stress disorder & obsessive, compulsive behaviour. I work with young adults & older adults & also specialise in working with artists, performers & those working in the creative industries.
I integrate leading-edge methods based on client needs. REBT/CBT to identify core beliefs, ACT to build acceptance of thoughts and feelings & move towards living a meaningful, fulfilling life, being the person you want to be. Somatic processes, EMDR, IFS and hypnosis to shift difficult experiences, negative thoughts about self and the effects of trauma.
