I specialise in working with: infertility, peri and post natal issues and post natal depression. I have carried out 27 years of research into pregnancy and early months of having a baby. I also specialise in: low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, past issues, work related stress, bullying and relationships
I believe whichever model of counselling is used the essential component is for us to establish a good rapport and empathy so that you feel truly heard and properly listened to.
