Sometimes life can be very challenging and during those times we may experience a range of emotions such as loneliness, helplessness, anxiety, depression, fear etc. I am Dr Yvonne Williams, a fully qualified integrative counsellor/psychotherapist with over 15 years experience working with individuals, children, couples and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds. I provide both long and short term counselling tailored to meet individual needs. My experience has been varied with children in schools and adults within the corporate and public sector.
I specialise in intercultural counselling and trauma related experiences.
