I am a Counselling Psychologist. I have over 9 years of experience in working with individuals and groups. I am highly skilled in working with adults and young people experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder and interpersonal difficulties. I have a particular interest around trauma, understanding that trauma can have a profound impact on a person's emotional and psychological well-being, and I'm passionate about helping people through this. I am also experienced in conducting diagnostic assessments for Neurodevelopmental conditions (such as Autism Spectrum Condition and ADHD).
I provide evidence-based therapies and draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each client. I believe that everyone is unique and, therefore, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma focused approaches, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic and integrative ways of working.
