I work with Adult & Adolescent clients with relationship issues, low self-esteem, social anxiety, depression, stresses of everyday living, may have suffered abuse, bereavement and loss, or had a difficult childhood where their needs were not met. Are you feeling unsettled, overwhelmed or in distress? I help the client explore within themselves to gain clarity, perspective and understanding about themselves and their lives, enabling them to move forward through the blocks in their path to embody a more positive future for themselves.
I support the whole person mind, body and spirit in their therapeutic sessions. By providing a warm, safe and supportive space the client finds within themselves the answers and understanding to grow towards a better place in whichever way is best for them, and I help to facilitate this growth, this better place.
I understand that seeking help might be daunting for some, so I offer an initial free 10-minute phone consultation to assess if I am the right match for you and the issues you would like to explore. I like to work collaboratively with my clients and encourage feedback from them so sessions are custom fit to meet each client's individual needs.
