I strongly believe that therapy is your – the client’s - space, at your pace. Each of us and our experience is unique. Our goal will be increasing self-awareness to enable conscious choice-making leading to greater well-being, both within yourself and the World around you.
My approach is humanistic and integrative drawing on several theories but based mainly on the relationship that evolves between us. What you are experiencing now will have roots in relationship and it is through relationship, our relationship, that we will begin to understand why this has come to be and what we can do to alleviate it.
I have experience with: depression; anxiety; relationship issues; body image and disordered eating; self-esteem; sexual identity; self-harm; suicidal ideation; cultural identity; addiction and survivors of trauma and abuse. I am available for both short term, solution-focused work and long term work with adults 18+.
