I have worked in a variety of clinical settings within the mental health sector including hospitals and student counselling services. My broad range of experience includes working with psychiatric diagnoses and those affected by anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, ruminating thoughts, relationship difficulties, bereavement, loneliness and isolation. I have a particular interest in women's mental health with a specific interest in pregnancy related issues, motherhood and pre/post natal depression.
I provide a safe and non judgemental place for you to speak. Psychotherapy allows for new insight and a reflective space to understand the relationship to self, others and our bodies. This gives rise to a release of suffering and an increased acceptance of self and others.
Psychoanalysis can help if you are troubled, or suffering from distressing symptoms, or have encountered life difficulties. The psychoanalytic space is a freed-up space allowing you the freedom to speak without restraint. This therapy can allow you to create new and less painful ways of thinking about existence, so that you may live it differently.
