I offer a friendly, safe and non judgemental space for you to talk openly and explore those things which are affecting you. I will help you to identify and understand why situations keep occurring in your life. I believe when we are truly heard and held in a safe environment we can improve our mental health as well as have a greater understanding of how to deal with future challenges. I work with adults, couples and young people.
As an accredited holistic and integrative therapist I consider the whole person. I use a variety of different counselling modalities and consider the mind and the body and how they relate to each other. I offer a structured and bespoke approach and wrap this around each client. I appreciate every person and the uniqueness of their experiences.
I seek to walk alongside you on your journey in therapy with empathy, warmth and compassion.
