Coming to therapy can be daunting however, through speaking to someone who wants to hear about you and your experiences, this can give an opportunity for new insights and identify what you really want to do with the issues or difficulties you face in your life.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to speak. In order to start therapy, I suggest we set up an initial consultation to answer any questions you may have, and we can establish if I am the right therapist for you at this time.
