Based in the Midlands, I hold an MSc in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapeutic Skills and a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, allowing me to work with adults. As a play therapist and general counsellor, I work with people who have been diagnosed with Autism/ASD/Neurodivergent and provide Cothu parenting courses also. I provide non-judgmental environment in which clients may feel secure while working through their current concerns. IACP-accredited member.
I favour an integrated approach since many different aspects of our daily lives can be influenced by external factors. . Our well-being suffers when the emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual, and environmental states are disrupted or lost. To restore balance, the fundamental issue needs to be resolved. I offer CBT/DBT and solution focused therapy.
My counselling approach is informed by a theoretical background, clinical experiences, and continual professional development.
