I work across many areas of mental health, such as supporting those with ADHD, BPD, dissociation, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression, as well as people experiencing significant changes and transitions in life, such as separation, blended family dynamics and grief.
My approach is based on the client's needs and incorporates creative and humanistic modalities. I believe that the solutions for change and progress are held within the client, and my job is to facilitate the exploration and discovery of the pathway forward, leading to an improvement in quality of life.
