Thursday Online Standard Adult DBT Skills Group is led weekly by PSYCHe’s Owner and DBT Linehan Board Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist™, Stephanie Vaughn, Psy.D. Each group lasts 90 minutes, once a week on Thursdays (5:30-7:00pm EST/ 4:30-6:00 CST). Groups cover specific skills to increase mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Online RO-DBT Skills Group
PSYCHe PLLC hosts a once weekly online RO-DBT Skills Group on Wednesdays (5:00-6:30pm CST/ 6:00-7:30 EST). Enrollment is open now! RO-DBT is a treatment for those struggling with overcontrolled behavior and emotional loneliness. Disorders of overcontrol include chronic depression, anxiety disorders, Anorexia Nervosa, Avoidant Personality Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Autism Spectrum disorders. Group offers a psychoeducational, skills-based setting to learn about flexibility, openness, and social connectedness.
