Medication and Meditation

The goal of the group is to expand one's toolkits: whether it's for people considering medications, or those who are already taking medications and would like to practice with peers how to have conversations with their provider to advocate for change.  (Note: Medications will NOT be prescribed in group. This is a space for individuals who have questions about the process of starting/taking medications, would like to discuss barriers and dilemmas, and hear from others about experiences with medications). Participants will also be introduced to different types of meditation each week to cultivate their inner strength.
