Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week
The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course is an 8 Week intensive course that teaches mindfulness meditation and practices to help reduce stress, increase positive thinking and sleep while reducing anxiety and chronic pain. Each class is 2 1/2 hours and there is one 7 hour retreat day.
