My practice is grounded in providing high quality, person-centered care. I am passionate about helping people navigate difficult periods in their lives and change patterns of thinking and behavior that cause distress. My approach respects and honors the unique experiences of those seeking treatment. I hold board certifications in both general adult and forensic psychiatry and have been in practice since 2018. I offer both therapy and medication management. Depending on your circumstances I might recommend one treatment modality or both. Treatment is dynamic and we would continue assess your needs over time.
