I have been practicing for an unbelievable 23 years and still enjoy being a doctor and doing whatever I can to help my patients heal and thrive. Dr. Romanow is double board-certified in Adult Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and then attended Drexel University College of Medicine. After medical school, he completed his residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Virginia, where he obtained a certificate in additional psychotherapy training. After residency, Dr. Romanow completed a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Virginia.

Dr. Doumanian is a board-certified in Psychiatry. She has practiced in various settings over her career including in-patient and community mental health as well as Veteran affairs out-patient clinics. She has more than 17 years of experience treating patients with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and other mental health issues. She uses pharmacotherapy along with cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and supportive therapy as needed.

Dr. Caitlin Schroen completed her Psychiatry residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, NJ. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fordham University and then attended medical school at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Dr. Schroen provides psychiatric services to adults ages 18 and older. She focuses on medication management and psychoeducation, often along with supportive therapy. With a patient-centered approach, Dr. Schroen believes in fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can openly discuss their mental health concerns.
