I believe that as human beings we have historically proven to be extremely resourceful and resilient. There are so many external and internal battles we fight and overcome each day. It is also my belief that in order to do the inner work to be better versions of ourselves we must be willing to identify and work through dysfunctional patterns of behavior/thought processes as well as the role trauma plays in shaping the way we experience the world around us.
I strive to create a therapeutic setting that is engaging, warm and, most importantly SAFE! I truly believe my clients are the experts in regard to their lived experiences and will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is realistic, attainable, and aligned with your goals.
