I am currently accepting new clients! I specialize in working with adults affected by developmental trauma, attachment injuries, substance abuse and addiction, and dual diagnoses. I also work with other types of trauma, grief and loss, mood disorders, and support parents of adolescents and young adults. I want to help you find healing and freedom from pretending like all is well, so you can live in a more authentic and fulfilling way.
I use an attachment-based, trauma responsive approach. I believe we heal through attuned and connected relationships and that we must uproot the core of our pain and bring it into the light. We also need to get in touch with our bodies to heal our minds because they’re connected.
Emotional healing doesn't happen alone. We need someone to hold our pain and be with us while simultaneously challenging us when we're ready. That's precisely what I do and I'd be honored to travel on this journey with you.
